We at the City of Champlin Parks and Public Works Department have been contracting with Biffs, Inc. for three years straight for our portable toilet service. They have been very reliable and courteous to our needs at all times. Their pricing is competitive with other suppliers, but their service outweighs all others.
A few years back, we took bids from several companies and chose the lowest bid. Unfortunately, we dissolved that contract because that particular company failed to comply with state regulations and was fined by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Since that time, we have contracted with Biffs only and have been very satisfied. So much so that we just renew the contract every year.

Sever’s Corn Maze – Sever and Sharon Peterson
For the past four years Sever’s Corn Maze in Shakopee has had the pleasure of working with Biffs, Inc. We are a seasonal event that operates in the fall on the weekends. We have about 30,000 visitors, mostly families, and need our portable restroom facilities neat and clean. Biffs have provided us with exceptional service. They were always on schedule, even though they had to contend with the challenges of weather relating to outdoor events.
Another thing we value is the personal touch that we receive. Calls were answered promptly with regard to the service or extra supplies needed. Even on the weekends they had someone on call that could be reached. Often times we would receive a call during the week from their sales coordinator, Diana Rohlfsen, to check on the service and if we were satisfied with it. We appreciated the staff and how hard they worked at doing things right and pleasing their customer. We have enjoyed our relationship with Biffs and look forward to using their service again year for our event.
