This unit is designed to be used on various levels of buildings under construction. It has a urinal on the back side and a commode inside a walled, private area. Lift Unit
This unit was created by Biffs Inc. to bring restroom facilities to those difficult locations that have limited access. The unique benefits are:

- Save money with a full size holding tank, requires less service (2X the holding capacity of a standard roll-away unit, 70 gallons vs. 34 for the roll-away)

Urinal Cans
These cans are designed to meet the needs of high rise construction projects and can be moved to stay in the same area as the workers. They can be carried to the ground level for servicing.

Baby Changing Station
This is our standard restroom without the normal tank, urinal and paper holder. It has a laminated counter top surface with lined trash containers below for diaper disposal. It includes a paper towel dispenser and hand sanitizer. A light is available as an option.

If you are located on a site that has no sewer or water connections but need both for you and/or your customers we have the answer. Our Tank system will meet your needs. The system requires electricity and can accommodate 100 uses per week utilizing the existing ceramic fixtures and sink in your mobile or modular office. The system can accommodate you year round without freezing. Employees and customers will appreciate permanent type facilities with all the comfort and convenience of home. Service
Normal service schedule is one time per week when up to 6 people are using system 40 hours per week or approximately 100 uses per week. Waste is pumped, fresh water tank filled, paper and supplies replenished and restroom area cleaned.
Installation
- Installation includes hooking up the existing toilet and plumbing for the fresh water and waste. Tank systems used in the winter require insulation when installed.
- Requirements for installation include:
- Flat, level surface
- 25” clearance from the trailer frame to the ground
- Electrical hook-up (2 – 110 volt plug-ins)
- Removal of skirting in the area of installation
- Lead time: 2 weeks
Inspection
Before installation, we inspect the site to be sure the requirements listed above are met. After inspection, we schedule installation.
Utilization
Water in this system IS NOT DRINKABLE. Do not use for making coffee, etc.
Service
April 1 to October 31 – Every 28 days, includes weekly pumping of waste, replenishing service solution, toilet paper, hand sanitizing solution (optional) and cleaning the toilet.
- Depending on the levels of use, more service may be required.
- Access to both tanks and the inside of the trailer is required for servicing.
- If your trailer is located in a muddy area, be sure there is rock or wood on the ground so that the service driver can enter the trailer. Biffs is not responsible for mud left on your carpets or floors.
November 1 to March 31 – We unhook the plumbing to the sink. Hand sanitizer is provided.
- Access to both tanks and the inside of the trailer is required for servicing.
- A fresh water sink with water heater is available as an option.

These temporary sink stations are excellent solutions where running water is not available. Sinks and hand washing is especially important where food is being served. Our standard two station sink comes with soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser and up to 45 gallons of water served up by a hand pump mechanism. Our Deluxe two station sink is larger and uses a foot pump mechanism that serves up the water for washing and rinsing hands.
Both systems have fresh and waste water compartments. You dispense fresh water from one tank and the waste water goes into a separate tank.

The module has substantial capacity. It is perfectly suited for business functions, weddings or parties. The 32’ Biffs’ Deluxe Restroom Module provides more comfort and convenience than most upscale permanent public restrooms. The interior and exterior of this Deluxe Restroom is decorated to create a neutral environment so that it will be pleasing with any colors you use for your event.
At maximum utilization of 30 people per hour using each of the 11 fixtures, the unit has the following capacity:

10 hours of continuous use @ 30 people/fixture/hour
or 3,300 uses before the water supply would have to be replenished.

Stand-By Valet Service
This service is available and will add value to the rental of most large or very special events. Uniformed and trained service technicians will provide for proper operation of equipment, trash box changes, wipe downs of sinks and counters when needed, paper re-supply and they will even greet your guests. A great touch that makes a special event even more special. This makes the guests more comfortable and takes the pressure off of every host or event planner.
Stand-by valet service is available with and without a service truck on your location.
Quality Assurance by Request
This is a service we perform on a regular daily schedule. We measure, monitor and report the performance of one to three of our service technicians every day. However, if you have been experiencing over use, vandalism or having any trouble at your service location call us. We will come to your site and evaluate the service you have been receiving, give you a copy of the report
