• We have a Quality Assurance Manager in the field every day to monitor the service provided to our customers. At least 2 routes and 30 restrooms are given an inspection each day. We measure, monitor and report.
• We have service logs in every unit so you can monitor the days we were there.
• We monitor every service driver’s performance by having an interactive GPS pad in every truck. When a service is performed the driver enters your unit’s reference number. We automatically know who provided the service to your unit, the exact time he was there and the address the service is performed at. All this in real time.
• Our Customer Service department has your service history immediately available when you call.
• Our Quality Assurance Manager is available, by request, to come to your site to resolve service issues, i.e., placement, training, proper service levels, etc.
• If we find that your service will not be done on the scheduled day, we call you to let you know when we will be there the next day.
• We are in all four quadrants of the metro area every day. Your chances of getting prompt, reliable service when you want it are highest with Biffs, Inc.
• We provide a damage waiver program that eliminates those surprises if a unit gets damaged or destroyed. Most policies have deductibles too high to pay for destroyed equipment. For pennies a day you can eliminate your expense.
